Finding MemoPrivacy Policy
Finding Memo is designed to keep your memories under your control. This policy explains what is stored on your device, what is shared when you choose to use a service, and how advertising works in the Free Version.

Your memories stay with you
Finding Memo stores the notes, links, photos, files, tags, and settings you save on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, this information is stored in your private iCloud account so that it can be available on your own Apple devices. Finding Memo does not operate a server that receives or sells your saved memories.
AI capture and API keys
AI capture is optional. When you request it, the page or file content you select and your request are sent directly to the AI provider you choose, such as OpenAI or Google Gemini. Your API key is stored in your device’s Keychain. Finding Memo does not receive, store, or proxy your API key. Your use of an AI provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms.
Photos, files, camera, and location
Finding Memo accesses photos, files, the camera, or location only after you choose a feature that needs them: selecting a photo or file, taking a photo, or saving a place. These permissions are used to create the memory you requested. You can change access at any time in iOS Settings.
Advertising in the Free Version
The Free Version may show ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, coarse location, product interaction, advertising data, diagnostic data, and performance data to deliver, measure, and improve advertising, subject to applicable consent choices. Advertising is not shown in the Full Version. You can review or change eligible advertising privacy choices from the app’s privacy options.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. Finding Memo does not receive your payment card details.
Children
Finding Memo is not directed to children under the age required for consent in their country. Do not provide an API key or save content you are not permitted to share.
